Ixia Information
Ixia is a hotel resort with high quality accommodation located 5 km south of Rhodes town.It consists of a series of adjacent beaches rather than one single beach, most of them organized and operated by the seafront hotels. Some sections are public and others are private. The beaches have a mixture of sand and pebbles and there is always a seabreeze which makes this place very popular for watersports, especially wind or kite surfing. There are two water sports centres renting out boards and jet skis. Ixia has delightful restaurants, traditional taverns and plenty of bars to enjoy.
